I am extremely satisfied with the work done . Bo was very pleasant to work with, and understanding of my needs. I had 7 estimations from different companies and he was the most reasonable and transparent with any possible up charge. Bodan roofing did an amazing job explaining in details what was included and the different upgrade options. The roof was completely replaced in 2 days. 1st day they torn everything down and 2nd day they installed the new shingles. The workers were nice and friendly and they did an AMAZING job clean up the mess. In fact I think they left my front and back yard cleaner than it was !!! Thank Mr Bo for your service, I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Bodan Roofing. They recently installed a new roof on my house. They did an excellent job. What I liked most about the way they approached the job was that they did not rush it. Many roofing companies these days do the whole job in one day. Rather than rush it, the Bodan crew took three days and made sure that everything was done correctly and in a professional manner. At the end of each day they took the time to clean up the area, so there were no nails on the driveway, no materials on the lawn, etc. I also like the fact that Bodan uses GAF materials. In doing my research I found that GAF shingles and under linings are some of the best in the industry. They are definitely a five star roofing company.

I would like to thank Mr. Bodans workers for a wonderful job they did on my roof. The guys were a great bunch, they were very considerate, very hard workers, very pleasant. They did not fool around, all they did was work. It was nice to see how they all got along with each other. I am very happy with the roof, it looks fantastic. I would like to thank Mr. Bodan for sending me such nice workers, I appreciated them for all the work they did. At the end they cleaned up so good, you would have never known you had a bunch of guys that had just finished putting up a roof. I would like to thank Mr. Bodan for sending me such good and caring workers. Mr Bodan is a very nice person, and you feel so comfortable talking to him. 3 year old new BoDan Barrel tile Roof in need of a repair. Mr Langford and his company BoDan roofing is 5 Stars and More! Prior to contacting them I had concerns first for getting a leak in a 3 year new roof and second, whether or not the company would stand by their work. I want to express every part of this repair experience went very smoothly and professionally. Turns out the gutter work on our home was insufficient for the size and pitches of our home’s roof and in a short period of time had not displaced the enormous amount of rain we have had this season in a sufficient manner. Fortunately we had minimal damage of the roof underlayment and even though this technically would not have fallen under BoDans roof warranty of our home ( as it was related to another service industry) they not only made the appropriate repairs but further helped us in figuring out the gutter adjustments. A very appreciative thank you Mr Langford and company!

Bodan Roofing put a beautiful new roof on our house! We had them repair a few small leaks before finally realizing that we probably just needed a completely new roof, and the owner, Bo, took the time to come out to give us the pros and cons of that decision and helped us decide how to proceed. We got estimates from a few companies, but due to the personal attention, honesty, reasonable price and education about roofing that Bo gave us, we chose his company to do the work. We could reach Diana at any time to coordinate with and get answers to our questions, and she gave us accurate information about what to expect for each step of the process. She is so friendly and helpful! Edgar and his crew finished the job in the stated timeframe and were considerate of our yard, and most importantly, the county inspector praised their work as well. Both Bo and Diana stopped by to ensure we were happy with the work during the process. I recommend them to anyone who wants a trust-worthy company to do quality work on their roof.

Bodan roofing did a great job on our tile roof. The crews showed up on time and worked until the end of the day. They cleaned up well, and treated my home with care. Bo, the owner is the nicest and most easy going to work with. He makes you feel like nothing is ever a problem. We came to Bodan from another company, and brought a few challenges with us. But we were made to feel like we were in good hands. Diana, the office manager is highly professional, organized, and keeps in communication better than any company I’ve ever worked with. I was always made to feel like my job was the only one, although I knew it wasn’t. If you want to be seen as a client, and have a quality job, then I highly recommend Bodan roofing.

I built my home 21 years ago and after a leak or two over the decades it was time to replace the roof. I received a few quotes but none had the personal attention or attention to detail that Bodan Roofing did. Nelson came out to the home and got on the roof and measured (some estimators didn’t bother to get on the roof). Explained my options and the different warranty options that came with each. Diana, the office manager, was quick to follow up and get the paperwork signed. The crew, lead by Edgar arrived on time as scheduled and worked each day for 9-10 hours (with lunch break). The arrival of the dumpster was coordinated with crew arrival and pickup was completed immediately after roof was complete. The inspections were completed promptly so no delay waiting for inspector. Tarps were used around the perimeter and over the pool cage to minimize debris. Clean up was done daily and the final cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find any nails in the grass or bushes. The final walk through after final permit inspection was completed by Diana to ensure that I was happy. This is a huge investment and I feel relieved that it is complete and the quality of the work and customer service is beyond my expectations.

Once the old roof was removed, and the new in place, the change in the “curb appeal” was incredible. The crew worked efficiently, without disruption to the household, and I would recommend them multiple times over. I procrastinated over getting this done, and am glad I chose Bodan.

Just had a brand new roof put on my home by bodan Roofing completed October 1,2018 . Mr. Langford the owner is a top-notch Down to Earth businessman with the professionalism second to none, in my opinion flows down to his entire staff starting with Diane who is very helpful in the entire process and relieved a lot of stress and answered all my questions and concerns, On top of filing all the paperwork in regards to warranties and lean releases etc. A company is only as good as its employees this pursuit of Excellence flows down to the roofers themselves my highest regards and respect to their Roofing crew led by Edgar and Jason who are Masters at their craft who were both very friendly and respectful and also listened to any concern I had and we’re willing to work hard and go the extra mile to make the roof absolutely perfect. On top of this most roofing companies ask you for certain percentage up-front which for a homeowner can be a very scary proposition, Bodan Roofing only gets paid the full amount at the end when the customer is satisfied and in my experience with them you will definitely be satisfied,I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.thank you mr.
